Lifesaver quilt - blogger's quilt festival entry

This is my entry in the blogger's quilt festival in the category Two Color Quilt.
It is one of those quilts that get better and better while making them... I had a pretty good picture in my mind, but when I out the pieces together and the quilt actually became a quilt, I was more and more intrigued with it.
The red fabric is mainly Moda Mama Said Sew.
Ah, and by the way, the quilt is what I call monster size... :)

  1. When did you made this big quilt? I really really love it... looks so soft and cuddly!

  2. Haha, I could say "inbetween", but it would be a lie... it took me a while, I was working on it for a few weeks. But it actually got easier the longer I was working on it. Maybe I will change the pattern a little and give it another go with different colours...
